Clear blue sky - upper snow base 40 cm and lower snow base 20 cm - Snow surface: Machine Groomed
Some light snow fell on 2 July 2011 (4 cm New snow)  
Limited skiing/snowboarding only - mix of beginner, novice and intermediate terrain OPEN

Snow conditions Mt Hutt

LATEST SNOW CONDITION - MT HUTT !

Mt Hutt ROAD IS OPEN! 40cm of new snow and it is still snowing! Light and dry on the upper mountain, heavier on the lower half of the mountain. Should be great skiing on main groomed trails. Has the potential to be good skiing and riding off trail especially on upper mountain. Please respect all closures. If you break a closure or ski under a rope line you may lose your pass. All lifts subject to weather conditions. Currently cloudy and lightly snowing Wind:Light to moderate winds in the base and about the tops. Temperature:Base area 0 degC, Summit -4.2 degC Visibility: 200m decreasing further up the mountain. Today's Forecast: Moderate winds in the base stronger about the tops with snow forecast during the morning and winds and snow easing during the day. Cold temps so please dress warmly. The forecast is for periods of low visibility throughout the day. If it clears up then very good!
