Bond / Excess
In the event of damage to the vehicle or third party property the following maximum excess applies:

• for drivers over 25 years of age: NZ$1,500
• for drivers between (and including) 21 to 24 years: NZ$2,000
• for drivers between (and including) 18 to 21 years: NZ$2,500

This amount is collected at the start of hire as a security bond and will be refunded at the end of hire according to the conditions here.

Excess Reduction
An optional excess reduction (Liability Damage Waiver) of an additional NZ$16 per day will then reduce the excess to:

• for drivers over 25 years: NZ$250
• for drivers between 21 and 25 years: NZ$500
• for drivers between 18 and 21 years: NZ$750

If the Liability Damage Waiver option is chosen, the security bond payable
at pick up of the rental vehicle will be reduced equally.

STANDARD INSURANCE (Compulsory ) : NZ$ 16.00 per day with an excess of NZ$ 1500/ for drivers over 25 years, NZ$ 2000/ for drivers of 21 to 24 years and NZ$ 2500 for drivers under 21 years (Gst included). A credit card imprint is sufficient. Tyre & Windscreen insurance NZ$ 4.--/per day extra is offered with this option.

INSURANCE OPTION 1 : NZ$ 16.00 per day will reduce the excess for any vehicle to NZ$ 250 ( NZ$ 500 for drivers 21 to 24 years and NZ$ 750 for drivers 19 to 21years), the cost for this excess reduction includes tyre and windscreen insurance (nil excess). Maximum charge NZ$ 1500/Hire.

Rates are per day, each calendar day counted for all Motorhomes. Cars are hired on 24- hour periods. Minimum Hire : 7days. Major credit cards /travellers cheques accepted. To confirm your booking we require a deposit of NZ NZ$300.

Travel Insurance
For your own protection we recommend travel insurance which can be obtained through us on pickup of the vehicle.

Driver's License/ Minimum Age
National or international car licence. Minimum age 25 years. In certain circumstances this can be reduced. Please enquire with CLICK-NZ.COM.

Mechanical Failure
Wendekreisen Travel will try to get the vehicle repaired as soon as possible. Should we be unable to do this, we will substitute the vehicle with one of an equal standard. Should this not be possible, we will refund each full day of the hire which is lost. The client is authorised to fix small problems (under NZ$ 50.00), which will be refunded provided receipts are presented. More extensive repairs require authorisation from Wendekreisen.

Conditions of delivery
If the reserved vehicle is not available for reasons beyond our control, we aim to supply a substitute vehicle. If this is not available, our liability is limited to a full refund of payment for each full day of the hire which is lost.
