Apex New Zealand Car Rentals - rates
Hire cars from Apex Car Rentals (models between 1998 and 2007) can be hired from Auckland, Wellington, Picton, Nelson, Queenstown, Greymouth and Christchurch.
Apex offers free of cost car swaps at the ferry terminal for the 8.25 am ferry between Wellington and Picton and for the 1.15 pm ferry between Picton and Wellington. You only pay for the passengers. If you wish to take a different sailing – this will be at your own costs.
