Terms / Conditions Spaceship Campers New Zealand
Rates include: GST (local tax), unlimited km, standard insurance,
24hr Roadside Assistance, sleeping and cooking equipment for 2 persons, free airport transfer for hires 14+ days long
Minimum Hire Periods:
Minimum hire periods for One Way Hires (returning to different location from collection)
For travel between 1st April – 31st October is 10 days
For Travel between 1st November – 31st March is 14 days.
For Return Hires (returning to same location as collection)
For travel between 1st April – 31st October = 5 days
For Travel between 1st November – 31st March = 10 days
Excess:
NZ$ 2000 for drivers 21+ years and
NZ$ 2500 for drivers 18-20 years
Additional Insurance Options - Drivers 21+ years:
CDW 1: NZ$ 15 per day to reduce excess to NZ$ 1000
CDW 2: NZ$ 25 per day to reduce excess to NZ$ 0
All Inclusive: NZ$ 30 per day (this includes windscreen cover, window/glass damage, tyres, roof, under body, free table and chairs hire, 8% discount on Bluebridge Ferry Booking
Additional Insurance Options - Drivers 18-20 years:
CDW 1: NZ$ 15 per day to reduce the excess to NZ$ 1500
CDW 2: NZ$ 25 per day to reduce the excess to NZ$ 0
All Inclusive: NZ$ 30 per day (this includes windscreen cover, window/glass damage, tyres, roof, under body, free table and chairs hire,
Ferry Crossing
Exclusive to Spaceship campers: Special discount on the Bluebridge Ferry Booking !
Windscreen cover is only included in the CDW 2 and with the All Inclusive option. An additional non-refundable premium of NZ$ 5.00 per hire day will cover you for the loss or breakage of the front windscreen.
This cover EXCLUDES the sunroof and all other windows and mirrors.
ROOF POD
Separate Bond of NZ$ 1000 to cover any damages to the Roof Pod (Alpha 4)
This cannot be reduced. None of the Liability Reduction Options including the ‘All Inclusive’ include the roof pod.

One Way Fee: Applies for one way hires between client service centers
Extra Driver Fee: None
Diesel Tax Fee: None
Credit Card Fee: No fees, Spaceship only accepts VISA or MASTERCARD
Minimum Driver Age: 18 years
