New Zealand domestic flights - conditions

We will do our best to find you the most suitable fares available at the time of your enquiry. However – all fares are strictly subject to availability at all times until the booking has been confirmed.

You will be made aware of all special conditions for fares at the time when you receive a quote.

The cheapest flights available are usually available for a very limited time only – especially during peak season travel demand and we always recommend that you book this in advance and we cannot guarantee you the fare/s until the booking has been made.

Children fares are for children aged 2 -11 years old.
Infants under 24 months of age who do not require a seat travel Free of charge (FOC).

Changes can be made – up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure – charges do apply.

If you need to require changes to your issued tickets we require at least 48 hours notice prior to scheduled departure and all changes/upgrades are subject to availability at time of this rebooking.

For Domestic Flight bookings we require all full names and correct ages of children – according to all passengers ID/Passport. It is usually very difficult and may incur further costs if names on issued tickets are changed.

For all other conditions – the conditions of each carrier apply at all time and supersede the above conditions – for details – see your Eticket or confirmation issued at time of flight booking.

A booking fee of NZ$22.00 per person usually applies – we can change this at our discretion – especially for a family group.

For Trans Tasman flights extra levies and surcharges will apply according to conditions from each airline carrier.
